The staff were all pleasant to speak to.

My stay was quite disappointing. I found the mattress to be extremely hard, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. the smoke alarm went off early in the morning, which was quite alarming. To top it off, the lift was broken when we checked out, making our departure a frustrating experience.

Chommie at reception was such a lekker help, sorting out our room. The brekkie options were on point, full Irish sorted me out right quick. Plus, the bar was vibey with live music, had a jol!

The only bummer was the mattress, had a bit of a firm vibe to it, not the softest.

Breakfast included gluten-free options, and the food at the restaurant was wonderful, particularly the fresh vegetables served. While waiting during busier periods can be inconvenient, the central location was perfect for exploring the area and enjoying nearby restaurants and pubs.

The buffet selection could have been a bit more varied too. It would have been nice to have more than one bath towel for two guests. that felt a bit lacking. The bar area was lively, and I enjoyed the live music there. there were nice touches, but some aspects definitely need attention, particularly with the breakfast offerings.

The fire escape stairs seemed unfinished, which was a disappointing detail compared to the overall hotel's standards.

The bathroom in the family room is surprisingly cramped, offering little space for toiletries, which can be a nuisance for families. I noticed issues with room cleanliness. one of the towels had a noticeable stain, and the iron was in such terrible condition that it ruined my trousers. while the dinner options were varied, the execution was inconsistent—some meals were disappointingly bland, and others didn't quite hit the mark. There's also a €5 charge for parking, which seems a bit off considering most nearby spaces were empty.

from da moment we got to the hotel, da staff were super friendly and made us feel at home. our room was nice and big with a table and 3 chairs which was perfect for us. breakfast was delish with loads of options, even had porridge if you asked. plus the bar was lively which was a nice touch. we got extra tea and coffee from housekeeping too, which was sweet!

The suites were huge and super comfy, giving us lots of space to chill. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home, which was awesome. Food was top-notch, especially the special diet menus they offered! The only thing I noticed was that the WiFi was a bit slow at times.
